Day 10 is from a legend in the Bitcoin Art space. Way before Rare Pepes and way before ‘Crypto Art’, Marcus Connor was memeing about Bitcoin in his seminal piece Bitcoin Roller Coaster. The history of the piece is an interesting (Brainless) tale, going from obscurity and being down voted to 0 on reddit, to becoming synonymous with the journey of bitcoin and spawning many fan memes, sculptures and even cosplays (see the Bitcoin Coaster site for the details of the history).

I was really excited when Marcus agreed to be part of Kekmas. His piece delivers not only in his unique style but once again cleverly mirroring the current Bitcoin ‘winter’ landscape in a ride with a ‘bear’. He has this to say about the piece:

“During this year's Kekmas we find ourselves in the winter seasons of nature and Bitcoin. Pepe isn't afraid — he's joyous on the ride down holding tightly to his bear. He knows these winters are the cold seasons of life that help us to appreciate and enjoy the warmer brighter seasons when they arrive.”
